Waste Alchemists does not sell third-party products, workshops, or events on behalf of makers. When you are redirected to another platform, the terms of that third party apply.
2. Returns for Waste Alchemists products
If you purchase a physical product directly from Waste Alchemists, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging

All purchases made via external links or referrals are subject to the return, refund, and cancellation policies of the respective third-party seller or organizer.
