Description
These birthday cards were created from a leftover strip of cardboard. While printing their birthday calendars, Redopapers noticed unused material at the edge of the sheets. Instead of discarding it, they filled the space with playful designs and turned it into a new product.
Each card is screen printed by hand in Antwerp using a silkscreen technique with running inks. This creates soft gradients that shift slightly from card to card. No two are exactly the same.
The result is a set of four cards that feel simple and thoughtful. Made from waste paper, printed locally, and shaped by what was already there.

Who is this for
- For people who still like sending real birthday cards instead of just a quick message
- For those who appreciate playful design and stationery made from leftover materials
Out of the ordinary
Because the cards are printed with running inks and made from leftover cardboard strips, each gradient differs slightly. The format stays the same, the colours always vary.
